NUEVA VERSI\u00d3N DEL PROGRAMA APLICATIVO GANANCIAS PERSONAS JUR\u00cdDICAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n General (AFIP) No 5.189 (BO 29\/04\/2022) la AFIP prorrog\u00f3 el vencimiento de la declaraci\u00f3n jurada del Impuesto a las Ganancias, para aquellas personas jur\u00eddicas, cuyos cierres de ejercicio hayan operado el 31\/12\/2021. Asimismo, se aprob\u00f3 una nueva versi\u00f3n 20.0 del aplicativo \u201cGanancias Personas Jur\u00eddicas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I. PR\u00d3RROGA IMPUESTO A LAS GANANCIAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00f3rroga de la presentaci\u00f3n y el pago del saldo resultante de la declaraci\u00f3n jurada del Impuesto a las Ganancias 2021 de las personas jur\u00eddicas cuyo cierre de ejercicio haya operado el 31\/12\/2021, de acuerdo con el siguiente cronograma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Terminaci\u00f3n CUIT<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Fecha de vencimiento<\/strong> <strong>de la Presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Fecha de vencimiento<\/strong> <strong>del Pago<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>0 \u2013 1 \u2013 2 &#8211; 3<\/td><td>23\/05\/2022<\/td><td>24\/05\/2022<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4 \u2013 5 &#8211; 6<\/td><td>24\/05\/2022<\/td><td>26\/05\/2022<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>7 \u2013 8 &#8211; 9<\/td><td>26\/05\/2022<\/td><td>27\/05\/2022<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>II. NUEVA VERSI\u00d3N APLICATIVO GANANCIAS PERSONAS JUR\u00cdDICAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se establece que los contribuyentes y responsables comprendidos en las disposiciones de la RG No 4.626 (Sociedades, empresas unipersonales, fideicomisos y otros, que practiquen balance comercial) y sus complementarias deber\u00e1n utilizar la versi\u00f3n 20.0 del programa aplicativo denominado \u201cGanancias Personas Jur\u00eddicas\u201d a los fines de la determinaci\u00f3n del Impuesto a las Ganancias y de la confecci\u00f3n de la respectiva Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada (F-713).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los contribuyentes y responsables mencionados en el p\u00e1rrafo anterior que, a la fecha de entrada en vigor de la resoluci\u00f3n general, hubieran presentado la declaraci\u00f3n jurada correspondiente a los ejercicios iniciados a partir del 1\u00b0 de enero de 2021, inclusive, deber\u00e1n presentar una declaraci\u00f3n jurada rectificativa confeccionada mediante la nueva versi\u00f3n del programa aplicativo, hasta las fechas de vencimiento para la presentaci\u00f3n indicadas en el Apartado I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>III. VIGENCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las disposiciones de la presente resoluci\u00f3n general entrar\u00e1n en vigencia desde el d\u00eda de su dictado.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REF: RESOLUCI\u00d3N GENERAL (AFIP) No 5.189.
