F\u00cdJASE EL VENCIMIENTO DE LA TASA ANUAL RETRIBUTIVA DE LOS SERVICIOS QUE PRESTA EL CITADO ORGANISMO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">          Mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n 1737\/2022 (B.O. 16\/11\/2022), se fij\u00f3 para el d\u00eda <strong>7 de diciembre de 2022<\/strong> el vencimiento de la tasa anual retributiva de los servicios que presta la Inspecci\u00f3n General de Justicia (IGJ), establecida por la Decisi\u00f3n Administrativa 46\/2001 del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">          Cabe recordar que sigue vigente la siguiente escala para el c\u00e1lculo de dicha tasa:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shilton.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2702\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">          La boleta de la tasa anual deber\u00e1 obtenerse a trav\u00e9s del servicio de emisi\u00f3n de tasas de la p\u00e1gina web de IGJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">          Las sociedades que abonaron en el mismo a\u00f1o calendario la tasa de constituci\u00f3n quedan exceptuadas de la obligaci\u00f3n de pago de la tasa anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">          En los casos en los que la sociedad no haya cumplido con la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar balances, el organismo efectuar\u00e1 una estimaci\u00f3n de oficio del importe que corresponda abonar. Cuando la sociedad no hubiese presentado los estados contables correspondientes a los \u00faltimos tres ejercicios, la estimaci\u00f3n de oficio de la tasa anual ser\u00e1 equivalente a la tasa m\u00e1xima. Una vez presentados los estados contables, el monto de la tasa se recalcula autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">          El incumplimiento del pago ser\u00e1 sancionado con una multa equivalente al monto que resulte de aplicar una vez y media la tasa de inter\u00e9s mensual que utiliza el Banco de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina en sus operaciones de descuento, para documentos comerciales sobre los importes omitidos (Art. 7\u00ba Decisi\u00f3n Administrativa N\u00ba 46 del 24 de abril de 2001).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REF.: INSPECCI\u00d3N GENERAL DE JUSTICIA.
